Cristina Marcelino
Founder and CEO of PP

Cristina was born in the Algarve to a family of entrepreneurs grew up helping to run multiple family businesses.

Cristina has been an attorney since 1998 and established her own practice in Lagos in 2004. Since then, she has run several businesses and managed local companies through her law office.

For the past 10 years, Cristina has undertaken multiple renovation and new build projects throughout the Algarve and founded Portugal Projects to share the lessons she has learned along the way.

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in business and project management in the United States, Europe, and Central and South America. She is here to answer any questions you might have and will be the day-to-day contact for all your Portugal Projects initiatives including:

  • Scheduling and holding meetings with service providers
  • Site visits
  • Project updates as needed
  • Obtaining project quotes/bids
